Order policy
- Each knife is made to order by hand, output is very limited therefore all work is completed to a full order book, and waiting times may vary depending on demand.
- Please take note of the indicated price - for customers from outside of the UK, please be advised that I only accept payment in GB Pounds - the currency conversion tool is for reference only. I will make every effort to honour the original listed price but reserve the right to cancel any order if unexpected market forces make this impractical.
- Prices in currencies other than GBP will be dependent upon the exchange rate at the time of payment and will not include any local duties that may be applicable.
- All information will remain confidential and will not be passed onto any third parties.
- I can take payment at any time from your placing the order up to just before starting work on your knife (which is preferred). I normally take credit card or PayPal subject to approval, however a personal cheque (UK) or direct money transfer are also acceptable.
- All customers must be over 18 years of age to make a purchase and be aware of any laws relating to the ownership or carrying of knives specific to where you are.
- Once we have agreed your order requirements, you will receive an order confirmation by email
- Unless quoted otherwise, postage and packaging is included in the listed price. For overseas customers an additional fee will be required to cover additional costs (typically 15 GBP).
- If not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return a listed model back to me in an unused state within 14 days for a refund (exchange not possible).
